珠海市快乐寿星老年公寓分级标准及护理内容

凡入住托老机构，身体健康状况尚好，个人日常生活能自理者，提供一般照顾护理服务。
其具体内容包括：
(一)每天打扫室内外卫生，定期清洗床上用品，随脏随湿随换，保持室内整齐清洁。
(二)每天洗换内衣，隔天洗换外衣，督促及协助老人洗头洗澡，每周剪手足指(趾)甲一次，每月理发一次，男性老人每天或隔天剃须一次。
(三)陪老人谈心聊天，组织老人参加文娱活动，督促老人遵守院规，按时作息。
(四)老人需要时帮助外出购物。

Elementary nursing care

For those who can basically take care himself,we provide Elementary Nursing Care as follows:
      We keep your room cozy and tidy – by cleaning it every day and by washing your bedding sheets now and then.
      Each day your underwear gets changed,and your outer wears every other day. We help you take showers regularly. And once a week we help you trim your nails and toenails. Besides,once a month you have a haircut.  
      To get you into a good living habit,we’d give a morning call,urging you to get up,and remind you to go to bed early,by which your healthy lifestyle is gradually formed. 
      We’d try to find chances of chatting with you,and orgamize many kinds of recreational activities that interest the old. 
      It is pleasure if we are asked to do some shopping that you personally need.

凡入住托老机构，身体健康状况较差，功能减退，活动受限，个人日常生活自理能力部份丧失者，提供半照顾护理服务。
其具体内容包括：
(一)完成一般照顾护理各服务项目。
(二)送开水、饭菜到门前，或集中就餐，观察及协助老人进食。
(三)扶助老人大小便。
(四)协助老人洗漱、洗澡、整理床铺等。

Intermediate nursing care

In addition to all the items of Elementary Nursing Cares we have promised to offer above,for those who can hardly take care yourself,we provide Intermediate Nursing Care as follows:
      We take three meals to your room every day,and supply boiling drinking water as well. We also see to you taking dinner - if you can help yourself.
      We’d patiently walk you to the toilet whenever needed.
      We’d help you do morning washing,shower-taking,and making the bed as well.

凡入住托老机构，身体健康状况较差，功能活动障碍或减退，丧失日常活动生活自理能力，需有专人照顾护理者，提供全照顾护理服务。
其具体内容包括：
(一)完成一般照顾护理各服务项目，满足老人生活上的各种需要。
(二)每周床边洗头1～2次，每天梳头1～2次。
(三)夏季每天为老人洗澡1次，冬季隔天洗澡1次（不能洗澡者每天抹身）。每天为老人更衣，清洗会阴及肛门。
(四)每天为老人清洁口腔不少于2次。
(五)开水、热水、饮食、药物、便器等送到床前，及时清理。不能自行进食者喂食、喂药，或用轮椅集中就餐喂食，观察老人进食状态。
(六)长期卧床的每2小时要翻身1次，轻拍背部，预防沉积性肺炎；每2小时按摩背部、骶部、双髂骨上部、双足跟等骨隆突处，预防褥疮发生。

Round-the-clock nursing care

Besides all the items we have promised to complete above for Elementary Nursing Care,for those who are disabled,we provide Round–the-clock Nursing Care.
      We’d comb your hair once or twice a day,and give you a shampoo once or twice a week.
      To keep your mouth clean,we’d rinse your mouth twice a day at least.
      In summer we help you take a bath every day,and in winter every other day. If you prefer massage,we’d do rubbing all over your body gently with hot water,after which we’d change clean underwear for you.
      We readily offer you hot drinking water,meals,mini-toilet as well as the tablets you have to take on time. If you are wheelchair user,you are fed each meal.
      If you are bed-ridden,you are to turn you round every two hours,giving you a massage all over the body,to make you comfortable.

凡入住托老机构，身体健康状况极差，功能活动严重障碍或减退，完全丧失日常生活自理能力，需有专人照料的，提供特殊照顾护理服务。
特殊照顾护理在全护理的基础上设专人护理。

Special nursing care

For those in rather poor health,who are completely unable to take care of oneself,we’d provide you with one-to-one Special Nursing Care - in response to the requirements of family members of the senior citizens who needs looking after.
